摘要
信息素养是医务工作者重要的职业素养,本文围绕信息素养的内涵对医生,护士信息查询能力,信息选择习惯,信息获得及管理能力3方面进行比较研究,旨在发现医生,护士信息素养现状中共同存在的问题及差异,探讨提高医务工作者信息素养的实现途径,以促进信息素质科研能力的发展。
Information literacy is an important professional quality of medical workers.In accordance with the indicators required by the information literacy,a comparative study was made on information query ability,information selection bias,and information acquisition-management ability.By means of analyzing s of the dif erences and similarities between doctors and nurses,the paper aimed to explore channels to improve information literacy of the medical staffs so as to enhance further innovation capability.
