摘要
目的对国外护理人员信息素养领域的相关文献进行计量分析,发现研究现状和热点。方法在Web of Science中检索相关文献,并利用共现分析系统Bicomb 2.0和统计分析软件SPSS 17.0对文献的年代、载文期刊、作者及单位、关键词、引文进行分析。结果共检索出118篇文献;发文量自2005年起呈稳步上升趋势;118篇文献发表在72种期刊上,来自25个国家,共有333位作者,有25类基金资助,总被引频次1282次,平均引用次数/年为49.31次,规范后的关键词有88个。结论本领域的研究现状可归为4类:基于临床护理信息的循证实践;图书馆在护理人员获取信息,提升信息素养方面的重要作用;医院信息系统是护理人员信息获取的主要来源;护理人员信息素养是提升患者照护质量的重要举措,本领域的研究还需持续关注。
Objective To make a quantitative analysis of relevant literature about information literacy of nursing staff,and find out the current research situation and hot points.Methods The study retrieved the relevant literatures in Web of Science,and Bicomb2.0 and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the publication age,journals,authors and units,keywords and citations of the literatures.Results A total of 118 papers were retrieved,and the number of papers was steadily increasing since 2005.118 papers were published in 72 journals,which from 25 countries with333 authors,and they were supported by 25 types of funds,and they were cited 1282 times,with an average of 49.31 times per year,and there were 88 keywords after standardization.Conclusions The research status about information literacy of nursing staff can be classified into four categories:evidence-based practice which was based on the clinical nursing information;the important role of libraries in nurses’information acquisition and information literacy improvement;hospital information system was the main source of information acquisition for nurses;information literacy of nurses was an important measure to improve the quality of patient care,and the research in this field still needs continuous attention.
