摘要
我国恶性肿瘤不断上升的发病率和死亡率,已成为严重影响我国居民寿命的主要原因之一。而恶性肿瘤患者的营养不良状况往往对患者治疗效果、生活质量、生存期造成严重危害。为此营养支持治疗也受到越来越多的关注,从辅助治疗措施转变为重要的治疗手段。然而针对恶性肿瘤患者的居家营养管理研究却鲜有报道。主要研究基于"AI医疗"技术,运用"筛查-评定-方案制定-AI智能监测-干预"的管理模式,规范恶性肿瘤患者家庭营养肠内支持管理,延伸患者在医院内营养治疗,有效解决患者出院后营养管理无人指导、监测局限、随访困难的窘境,补充诊疗环节,更好地改善患者营养状况,以降低抗肿瘤治疗并发症发生率,提高治疗效果与生存质量。
The increasing morbidity and mortality rate of malignant tumors in China has been one of the main factors that has severely affected the longevity in China.And the malnutrition status of high incidence of patients with malignant tumors often causes serious harm to the treatment effect,quality of life and survival period.For this reason,nutritional support therapy has received more and more attention,from adjuvant treatment measures to important treatment means.However,studies on the home nutrition management of patients with malignant tumors have rarely been reported.Based on"AI health care"technology,the study aims at utilization of the"screening-evaluation-policy definition-AI monitoring-intervention"model to standardize the Home Enteral Nutrition(HEN)in patients with malignant diseases.By doing this,the nutritional management of patients can be expended to out-patient services to change the current unsupervised,insufficient monitoring and barely followed-up situation.It is an important supplementation to the current management of cancer patients,which will improve the nutritional status of them,optimize the treatment outcomes,lower the incidence of complications of anti-tumor treatments,and improve of quality of lives.
