摘要
2023年国家卫健委、国家中医药局联合发布了《改善就医感受提升患者体验主题活动方案(2023—2025年)》,文件中详细规划了一系列关键任务,旨在引导医疗机构贯彻“以健康为中心”的理念,提升医疗服务的舒适性、智能化和数字化水平。为了全面提高患者的医疗体验和满意度,天津市某肿瘤专科医院门诊通过全人健康视角,以门诊服务体系建设、慢性病诊疗模式创新、人文内涵提升、环境改善、智慧门诊搭建等多方面路径探索与实践,进一步推动了门诊诊疗服务体系科学、连续、高效、高质、舒适的医疗服务模式的“落地”,进一步促进门诊服务标准化、规范化、品质化发展。
In 2023,the National Health Commission and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine jointly issued the“Plan for Improving Medical Experience and Enhancing Patient Satisfaction(2023-2025)”.The document puts forward a series of key tasks to guide medical institutions to embrace a“patient-centered”approach,aiming at enhancing the comfort,intelligence,and digitization of medical services.To comprehensively enhance patients’medical experience and satisfaction,an outpatient department of oncology hospital in Tianjin has explored and implemented various strategies from a holistic health perspective,including the establishment of an outpatient service system,innovation in chronic disease diagnosis and treatment models,improvement of humanistic aspects,environmental enhancements,and development of a smart outpatient system.These efforts have further advanced the implementation of a scientific,continuous,efficient,high-quality,and comfortable medical service model in outpatient settings,promoting the standardization,regulation,and quality of outpatient services.
