摘要
新时代新课改背景下教师必须重视教学技能提高,教学督导工作也必须正视教学各环节中存在的问题,强化改革,注重引导,提高教学督导组织的话语权,完善教学督导管理体制,创新督导工作方式方法,构建具有学科特色的分类教学督导体系,提高教学督导的信息化手段,充分发挥“督”和“导”的作用,切实提高教学督导效果。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform in the new era,teachers must pay attention to the improvement of teaching skills,and teaching supervision must face up to the problems in the teaching process.We must strengthen the reform,pay attention to guide and improve the notion of teaching supervision organization,perfecting the management system of teaching supervision,innovation of the supervision work methods,build with characteristic of subject classification system of teaching supervision,improve the teaching supervision means of information technology,give full play to the"supervision"and"guiding"role,in order to effectively improve the effect of teaching supervision.
