摘要
目前我国正在逐步实现从制造业大国向制造业强国的转变,面对这样的转变,高等院校传统的育人模式相对于完成高等教育使命的现实要求而言已经显得捉襟见肘,所以高校在人才培养机制上迫切需要做出新的探索和改革,才能实现新工科背景下高等教育的内涵式发展和提高人才培养质量的实质性突破。基于此,本文将产业、教学、科研与创新创业结合起来,提出“产、教、科、创”四位一体多方协同育人新模式,积极探索和实践新时期高等教育人才培养的理念、机制和路径。
China is gradually undergoing a transformation from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing powerhouse.Facing the challenges of changes such a change,the traditional mode of education in colleges and universities is scarce relative to the requirements of higher education.Therefore,with the new engineering background,It is necessary to make new exploration and reform in order to realize the connotation development of higher education and improve the quality of personnel training.Based on this,this paper integrated the industry,teaching,scientific research,innovation and entrepreneurship,and presented the new and collaborative education mode of"Producing,Teaching,Researching and Innovating-Four in one",so as to actively explore and practice the concept,mechanism and path of higher education in the new period.
