摘要
脉络膜增厚型疾病主要包括脉络膜增厚性色素上皮病变、息肉状脉络膜血管病变、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、厚脉络膜性新生血管等疾病,其共同的特征是局部或弥漫性脉络膜增厚、小而浅的RPE脱离、脉络膜血管舒张和通透性增加。近年来针对不同的脉络膜增厚型疾病相互间的鉴别诊断与进展演变成为研究热点。因此,文章分析脉络膜增厚型疾病的研究进展,为临床治疗提供依据、参考。
Choroidal thickening diseases mainly include choroidal thickening pigmented epithelial lesions,polypoid choroidal vascular lesions,central serous chorioretinopathy,thick choroidal neovascularization and other diseases.Their common features are local or diffuse choroidal thickening,small and shallow RPE detachment,choroidal vasodilation and increased permeability.In recent years,their differential diagnosis and development have become a research hotspot.Therefore,this study takes choroidal thickening disease as the object,analyzes the research progress of choroidal thickening disease,and provides basis and reference for clinical treatment.
