摘要
目的:探讨眼B型超声联合超声生物显微镜对福格特-小柳-原田综合征的诊断应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月于聊城市眼科医院治疗的88例(176眼)福格特-小柳-原田综合征患者,治疗前52眼行眼B型超声检查,58眼行超声生物显微镜检查,66眼行眼B型超声联合超声生物显微镜检查。总结福格特-小柳-原田综合征的B型超声与超声生物显微镜声像特征,分别对比眼B型超声联合超声生物显微镜检查与眼B型超声、超声生物显微镜对福格特-小柳-原田综合征的诊断符合率。结果:眼B型超声联合超声生物显微镜的诊断符合率为84.8%,高于眼B型超声检查的69.2%与超声生物显微镜检查的65.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.8921,P=0.0016<0.05)。结论:眼B型超声、超声生物显微镜辅助检查的应用对于福格特-小柳-原田综合征具有诊断价值。二者联合应用可明显提高对福格特-小柳-原田综合征的诊断符合率,优于任一单项检查。因此,对福格特-小柳-原田综合征的影像诊断,应当将眼B型超声与超声生物显微镜联合应用,提高诊断符合率。
Objective To investigate the application of the value of ocular B-mode ultrasound combined with ultrasonic biomicroscopy in the diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.Methods 88 patients(176 eyes) with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome treated in Liaocheng eye hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.Before treatment,52 eyes were examined by B-mode ultrasound,58 eyes by ultrasound biomicroscopy,and 66 eyes by B-mode ultrasound combined with ultrasound biomicroscopy,and compare the diagnostic coincidence rate of eye B-mode ultrasound combined with ultrasound biomicroscopy group,eye B-mode ultrasound group and ultrasound biomicroscopy group for Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of B-mode ultrasound combined with ultrasonic biomicroscopy was 84.8%,which was higher than69.2% of B-mode ultrasound and 65.5% of ultrasonic biomicroscopy.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.8921,P=0.0016<0.05).Conclusion The application of ocular B-mode ultrasound and ultrasound biomicroscopy has diagnostic value for Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome.The combination of the two can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of Vogt-KoyanagiHarada syndrome,which is better than any single examination Therefore,the imaging diagnosis of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome should be combined with ocular B-mode ultrasound and ultrasonic biomicroscopy to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
