利用Mimics软件进行脉络膜体积测量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价一种脉络膜体积测量方法的可行性,并与其他测量方法进行对比。方法选取15例健康志愿者,利用海德堡Spectralis OCT的EDI模式进行后极部连续平行断层扫描。对扫描区域的视网膜及脉络膜利用Mimics 17.0软件进行三维重建,计算后极部1、3、6 mm三个直径范围内脉络膜体积值,并与传统方法进行比较。结果进行图像分割及三维重建后,Mimics软件可以实现任意形状区域内的体积测量,且可以多角度显示视网膜和脉络膜部分层次的三维结构。结论新的脉络膜体积测量方法与传统方法相比具有更好的灵活性,有很好的科研及教学用价值。 Objective To study the subfoveal choroidal thickness and volume in healthy Chinese subjects by using enhanced depth imaging optical coherence tomography and to compare our technique with other methods. Methods A total of 30 eyes( 15 healthy volunteers) with no ophthalmic disease history were recruited. Choroidal scans were obtained for all eyes using enhanced depth imaging spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. The threedimensional model of the retina,choroid was obtained and choroidal volume was calculated. Results The new choroidal volume measurement method can achieve volume measurement in arbitrary shape area,and it can display three-dimensional structure of the retina and choroid. Conclusions The new method to measure choroidal volume was more easy to operate and more flexible. By using this protocol,more comprehensive choroidal evaluation is possible in research and teaching.
