基于Mimics的虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法在创伤骨科住培中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探索基于Mimics的虚拟仿真技术结合问题导向教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在创伤骨科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)教学中的应用价值。方法将2019年1月—2020年12月徐州医科大学附属医院创伤骨科进行住培的80名学员随机分为对照组(n=40,传统教学法)和观察组(n=40,虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法)。比较两组学员的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、病例分析考核成绩,通过问卷调查比较两组学员满意度、学习积极性、自主学习能力,及观察组对虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法的认知和接受程度。结果观察组学员理论成绩、技能操作成绩、病例分析成绩明显高于对照组学员,观察组满意度、学习积极性、自主学习能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有92.5%的学员对虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法有较高评价,并希望继续采用虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法。结论基于Mimics的虚拟仿真技术结合PBL教学法能够提高创伤骨科住培生教学成绩,促进学员自主学习能力及积极性。 Objective To explore the application value of Mimics-based virtual simulation technology combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in the standardized training of orthopaedic trauma residents.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,80 students receiving residential training in the orthopedics department of orthopedics,the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were randomly divided into control group(n=40,traditional teaching method)and observation group(n=40,virtual simulation technology combined with PBL teaching method).The two groups of students were compared in terms of theoretical performance,skill operation performance and case analysis assessment performance.The two groups of students were compared in theory,skill operation and case analysis,and the satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability of the two groups were compared through a questionnaire survey,as well as the cognition and acceptance of the virtual simulation technology combined with PBL teaching method.Results The theoretical scores,skill operation scores and case analysis scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of satisfaction,learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).92.5%of the students in the observation group had a high evaluation of the PBL teaching method with virtual simulation technology and hoped to continue to use virtual simulation technology with PBL teaching method.Conclusion PBL teaching methodology assisted by virtual simulation technology can improve the teaching performance of traumatic orthopedics standardized training,promote students'independent learning ability and enthusiasm.
