摘要
目的:对比全面腹部超声和选择性腹部超声检查诊断急腹症的效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年9月收治急腹症患者70例,随机分为两组各组35例。甲组实施全面腹部超声检查;乙组实施选择性腹部超声检查。对比两组诊断效果。结果:甲组超声诊断准确率明显高于乙组,误诊、漏诊率小于乙组,超声检查时间明显长于乙组,临床诊断时间明显短于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急腹症患者采取择性腹部超声及全面腹部超声检查法,均有较好的诊断效果,但全面腹部超声检查法效果更佳。
Objective:To explore the effect of total abdominal ultrasonography and selective abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:From July 2017 to September 2018,70 patients with acute abdomen were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.Group A received comprehensive abdominal ultrasonography and group B received selective abdominal ultrasonography.We compared the diagnosis between the two groups.Results:In group A,the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than that in group B,the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were less than those in group B,the time of ultrasound examination was significantly longer than that in group B,and the clinical diagnosis time was significantly shorter than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selective abdominal ultrasound and comprehensive abdominal ultrasound are good for the diagnosis of acute abdomen,but the effect of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound is better.
