摘要
目的分析超声检查在急性阑尾炎患者中的诊断价值以及安全性,为临床诊断提供相关参考依据。方法研究时段2019年1月至2021年12月,选择住院期间临床疑似急性阑尾炎行超声检查的40例患者为观察组研究对象,40例患者均经过病理学检查确诊,另选择同期健康体检者作为对照组(n=40例)。对80例受检者均进行超声检查,并观察对比两组受检者的阑尾超声检查结果、临床症状体征以及不良反应。结果超声诊断显示观察组40例阑尾炎,其中单纯性阑尾炎28例、化脓性阑尾炎11例、穿孔性阑尾炎1例,诊断确诊率为97.50%,超声诊断结果与病理学结果并无统计学差异:P>0.05。观察组急性阑尾炎患者阑尾直径、长度明显长于对照组,组间数据对比:P<0.05;观察组阑尾管壁厚度高于对照组,组间数据比较:P<0.05。两组受检者经超声诊断均未出现任何不适,不良反应发生率小,无统计学差异:P>0.05。结论急性阑尾炎患者往往发病急促,患者疼痛感明显,需要及时接受治疗,否则随着病情发展会威胁患者的生命安全。超声检查在急性阑尾炎患者诊断中具有较高的应用价值,确诊率较高而且与病理学检查结果无明显差异。同时超声诊断操作简单方便,诊断效果明显,能够有效显示出急性阑尾炎患者的阑尾直径、长度、厚度,而且不会对其产生不良反应。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and safety of ultrasound in patients with acute appendicitis,and to provide relevant reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,40 patients with clinical suspicion of acute appendicitis who underwent ultrasound examination during hospitalization were selected as the subjects of the study.All 40 patients were confirmed by pathological examination,and those who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group(n=40 cases).All the 80 subjects were examined by ultrasound,and the results,clinical symptoms and signs and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Ultrasonic diagnosis showed that there were 40 cases of appendicitis in the observation group,including 28 cases of simple appendicitis,11 cases of suppurative appendicitis and 1 case of perforated appendicitis.The diagnostic rate was 97.50%.There was no statistical difference between ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological results:P>0.05.The diameter and length of the appendix in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and the comparison of data between groups was P<0.05,and the thickness of the tube wall was higher than that of the control group,and the comparison of data between groups was P<0.05.No discomfort was found in the two groups after ultrasound diagnosis,the incidence of adverse reactions was small,and there was no statistical difference:P>0.05.Conclusion Patients with acute appendicitis often come on rapidly,and the pain of the patients is obvious,it is necessary to receive timely treatment,otherwise with the development of the disease will threaten the safety of the patient's life.Ultrasound examination has a high value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis patients,the rate of diagnosis is high and there is no significant difference with the pathological results.At the same time,the ultrasonic diagnosis operation is simple and convenient,the diagnostic effect is obvio
