摘要
目的 探讨对输尿管结石予彩超定位诊断的价值。方法 选择2019年9月—2022年8月南通市海门区人民医院收治的100例疑似输尿管结石患者,均予彩色多普勒超声检查,以手术结果为金标准,分析彩超对输尿管结石的诊断效能,并分析彩超对输尿管上段、中段、下段结石定位诊断准确率及与金标准的一致性。结果 彩超诊断输尿管结石准确率为95.00%、灵敏度为97.56%、特异度为83.33%,彩超诊断与金标准一致性较好(Kappa=0.83)。彩超对输尿管上段、中段、下段结石诊断准确率为97.06%、96.15%、95.00%,整体定位诊断准确率96.25%。结论 对输尿管结石采用彩超检查诊断准确率高,且能有效实现结石定位诊断。
Objective To explore the value of color ultrasound localization diagnosis of ureteral stones.Methods 100 patients with suspected ureteral stones admitted to Haimen District People's Hospital from September 2019 to August 2022 were selected and all were given color Doppler ultrasound examination.The diagnostic efficacy of color ultrasound on ureteral stones was analyzed using surgical findings as the gold standard.The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound on the localization of upper,middle and lower ureteral stones and the difference and consistency with the gold standard were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound for ureteral stones was 95.00%,sensitivity was 97.56%,specificity was 83.33%,and the consistency of color ultrasound diagnosis with the gold standard was good(Kappa=0.83).The diagnostic accuracy of color ultrasound for upper,middle,and lower ureteral stones was 97.06%,96.15%,and 95.00%,and the overall localization diagnostic accuracy was 96.25%.Conclusion The diagnosis of ureteral stones using color ultrasound examination has a high accuracy rate and can effectively achieve stone localization and diagnosis,which is worth promoting.
