摘要
针对水包油型原油乳状液,应用常规的破乳剂室内性能评价方法选出的破乳剂在现场实际应用过程中有时会和其在室内的表现存在较大差异,针对该差异做了原因分析,得出了差异原因是由于药剂分散性差异而导致的结论,最终优化了水包油型原油乳状液破乳剂的评价方法并使用优化后的破乳剂评价方法评选了新的破乳剂产品,该破乳剂在现场试验中取得成功。
The demulsifier assessment for oil in water emulsion in the lab usually has some differences with its effect used in the oilfield according the standard and ordinary method.The causes of the difference were analyzed,it found out that the difference was because of the different solubility of the demulsifier and made the improvement for the demulsifier assessment method for the oil in water emulsion.The new demulsifier through the improved method and the new demulsifier successed in the field trail was finally chose.
