摘要
为了解决海上高含水油田破乳脱水速度慢,外排水OIW值不达标,室内对6种不同破乳剂和4种不同清水剂进行分析研究,最终筛选出的破乳剂4185加药浓度为50 mg/L与清水剂A02加药浓度为9 mg/L时,原油脱水速度快,油水界面清晰,净水效果好。通过现场试验,与现场在用破乳剂B137C和清水剂HY-211g相比,外输原油含水率从30%降至20%以下,外排水OIW值从43 mg/L降至15 mg/L,满足外输原油含水率低于30%以下和外排水OIW值低于20 mg/L的技术要求,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problem of slow demulsification and dehydration in offshore high-water-cut oilfields and substandard OIW of external drainage,6 different demulsifiers and 4 different water cleaning agents were analyzed and studied indoors.When the concentration of demulsifier 4185 is 50 mg/L and the concentration of water clarifier A02 is 9 mg/L,the crude oil dehydration speed is fast,the oil-water interface is clear,and the water purification effect is good.Through the field test,compared with the demulsifier B137C and water cleaning agent HY-211g used in the field,the water content of the crude oil is reduced from 36%to below 20%,and the OIW of the external drainage is reduced from 43 mg/L to 15 mg/L,which meets the technical requirements of the water content of the crude oil is lower than 30%and the OIW of the external drainage is lower than 20 mg/L,and has a good application prospect.
