摘要
阐述了钢铁企业含油浊循环水的处理问题,该水油类质量浓度为5 ̄100mg/L,悬浮物质量浓度为50 ̄700mg/L。针对处理中的除油难点,作者通过对含油浊循环水的形成、水质特点、油的主要成分的分析,介绍了国内外常用的各种物理和化学除油技术,以及各领域除油技术的最新动态。在详细比较它们的除油原理和优缺点基础上,对今后除油技术的主要发展方向提出了自己的建议。这对进一步提高浊循环水回用率和扩大浊循环水的补充水的来源有着积极意义。
The oil-bearing circulating water treatment in iron and steel works is expounded. The oil in water content fluctuates between 5 mg/L to 100 mg/L, and the total suspended matter TSS fluctuates between 50 mg/L to 700 mg/L. Aiming at difficult problem, oil removal and according to the formation of the oil-bearing turbid circulating water, the quality characteristic of the water and the analysis of the main ingredient of the oil, a variety of physical and chemical techniques of oil-removal in China and abroad are introduced, as well as its latest developments. On the basis of comparing their oil-removal principles, advantages and disadvantages, a suggestion of its main developing trend is put forward. It helps to improve the reuse rate of turbid circulating water and extend the source of make-up water for the circulating water.
