摘要
随着油田的开发,油井含水不断上升,由于其产生的乳化液对于流程的稳定运行以及设备的安全运转带来了很大的影响,原油脱水成为了石油开采中必不可少的环节,脱水效果的好坏直接影响外输原油的质量。在脱水过程中加入破乳剂能显著提高原油脱水的效果,文章通过对温度、反应时间、搅拌程度、药剂浓度、不同药剂等影响破乳剂作用发挥的因素进行实验研究,总结了使药剂达到最优效果的方法,对油田原油处理流程的管理具有重要的指导价值。
With the development of oilfield,the water content of oil well is rising.The emulsion produced by it has a great influence on the stable operation of the process and the safe operation of the equipment.Dehydration of crude oil has become an essential link in oil exploitation.The dehydration effect directly affects the quality of crude oil.The effect of crude oil dehydration can be improved by adding demulsifier in dehydration process.Through the experimental study on the factors affecting demulsifier action,such as temperature,reaction time,stirring degree,reagent concentration and different agents,the author summarizes the formula to achieve the best effect of the agent,which has important guiding value for the management of crude oil treatment process in oilfield.
