摘要
采用硅氢加成反应、环氧开环季铵化反应两步法:即将烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯环氧基醚(环氧醚)与烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯甲基醚(甲基醚)接枝到含氢硅油上,得到环氧醚与甲基醚共改性硅油中间体,然后中间体经环氧开环季铵化反应得到针对水包油型原油乳液的新型聚醚季铵盐聚硅氧烷原油破乳剂(简称O/W破乳剂).利用FTIR和1H NMR等技术分析了O/W破乳剂的结构,考察了破乳条件对O/W破乳剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,适宜的破乳条件为:破乳剂用量110 mg/L(基于原油乳液质量)、n(环氧醚)∶n(甲基醚)=2∶1、脱水温度65℃、脱水时间2.0 h.在此条件下,使用O/W破乳剂时原油乳液的脱水率为93.51%,水相含油率为47 mg/L,破乳性能优于工业常用季铵盐阳离子型破乳剂BQ-05.
Silicone oil containing hydrogen was grafted with allyl polyoxyethylene allyl polyethylene oxide epoxy ether (epoxy ether) and allyl polyoxyethylene allyl polyethylene oxide methyl ether (methyl ether),and an intermediate,namely modified silicone oil,was obtained.And then an oil-in-water crude oil emulsion demulsifier,namely O/W demulsifier,was prepared by epoxy open-loop quaterisation of the modified silicone oil.The structure of the O/W demulsifier was characterized by means of FTIR and 1H NMR.The effects of the reaction conditions on the properties of the O/W demulsifier were studied.The results indicated that under the appropriate demulsification conditions of demulsifier dosage of 110 mg/L (based on the crude oil system),n (epoxy ether) ∶ n (methyl ether) of 2 ∶ 1,dehydration temperature of 65 ℃ and dehydration time of 2.0 h,the dehydration rate of the crude oil system reached 93.51% and oil content in the water phase was 75 mg/ L.The performances of the O/W demulsifier were superior to those of an industrial demulsifier BQ-05.
