摘要
介绍了HAZ0P技术的特点及分析步骤。运用HAZOP方法,对小型氨制冷装置进行危险性辨识。分析了型氨制冷装中有意义的偏差,偏差发生的原因和可能导致的后果,并提出相应的对策。研究结论为工程技术人员实现对小型氨制冷系统的安全控制、预防和减少、避免类似事故,提供了具体参考和重要依据。
The characteristics and analytical steps of HAZOP were introduced first in this article.Then hazard identification of small-type ammonia refrigerating unit was implemented by the method of HAZOP.The conceivable deviations,the causes and possible consequences of deviations were analyzed and corresponding measures were put forward.The final research conclusions provide concrete reference and important basis for engineering and technical personnel to achieve safety control of small ammonia refrigeration systems,and prevent and reduce,and avoid similar accidents.
