摘要
采用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法对氨制冷装置进行风险分析,识别可能导致的后果和原因,结合风险矩阵评估事故风险等级,筛选出高风险事故场景,利用保护层分析(LOPA)计算事故场景发生频率,确定安全保护措施的可靠性。本文以氨制冷系统储氨罐为实例,得出安全阀、浮球液位控制器、氨报警器和喷淋水作为独立保护层,基本满足企业安全运行要求管道破裂导致的泄漏事故,需增加SIL1等级的安全仪表。
Using the Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)for the risk of ammonia refrigeration device,identify the possible consequences and causes,evaluate the risk level in combination with the risk matrix and filter out high-risk accident scenarios,using Layers of Protection Analysis(LOPA)to calculate the consequence frequency,evaluate the reliability of security safeguards.This paper selects ammonia storage tank as an example,and obtains the safety valve,floating ball level controller,ammonia alarm and spray water as independent protection layer,which can basically meet the safe operation requirements;for leakage accident caused by pipeline rupture,SIL1 level safety instruments need to be added.
