摘要
危险及可操作性分析(HAZOP)不仅在工程安全保证方面发挥着重要作用,而且在安全设计理念的提升和设计水平的持续改进方面可起到促进作用。文中就HAZOP分析任务、分析步骤和主要注意事项等展开论述,并以中亚天然气管道项目为背景,以重要节点(压缩机组)为例进行了分析。通过分析,进一步明确了HAZOP的分析程序,为风险评价工作和持续改进工作提供有意义的参考资料,为该方法在国内油气管道领域的推广和应用起到一定的指导作用。
Hazard and operability study(HAZOP) not only plays an important role in the project safety assurance,but also continously promotes the safety design concept and degisn level.The paper uses the main node compression units of the Central Asian gas pipeline project as an example,and describes the purpose,procedure and special note of HAZOP.Through investigations for the further understanding of the HAZOP procedures,a node definition philosophy and a specified purpose are achieved,which provides meaningful reference for the risk evaluation and continuous improvement and provides a guideline for the HAZOP applied and popularized in oil and gas fields rapidly in China.
