摘要 油气长输管道的发展使得其安全可靠性问题日益突出,对油气管道系统进行危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析进而应用风险管理的知识实行风险管理,对管道的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。针对油气管道系统总结出危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析的核心内容,即分析节点和HAZOP引导词,并以输油管道系统的一个重要分析节点——输油泵为例进行HAZOP分析,进一步了解HAZOP分析的技术内涵和流程,明确HAZOP分析方法在油气管道系统中的研究目标,为油气管道系统风险评价工作提供有意义的参考资料。 With the development of long - distance oil and gas pipelines,safety and reliability problems are becoming increasingly obvious.Carrying out risk management with the application of relevant knowledge after HAZOP analysis on the oil and gas pipelines is of significant importance to the safe running of pipelines.This paper sums up the core for HAZOP analysis according to the oil and gas pipeline system which are analysis nodes and HAZOP guide words.It carries out HAZOP analysis by taking fuel transfer pum Pwhich is an important analysis node of oil and gas pipeline as example to further understand the technological connotation and analyzing process of HAZOP analysis.The paper also definitudes the research objectives of HAZOP analysis in oil and gas pipeline system and provides meaningful reference for the risk assessment of oil and gas pipeline system.
