摘要 以气体分馏装置设计阶段工艺管道和仪表流程图(P&ID)为主要依据,讨论HAZOP分析与风险矩阵结合的应用流程,根据HAZOP分析结果,有效地识别到气分装置设计阶段工艺安全管理存在的风险,提出了降低风险的措施,并基于HAZOP分析在实践中应用情况,提出了其应用过程中注意的事项。 Taking the process piping and piping instrumentation diagram(PID) of gas fractionation unit design phase as the main basis, application process of HAZOP analysis along with risk matrix were discussed. According to the results of HAZOP analysis, the risks that exist in safety management of gas fractionation unit design phase were recognized effectively. The measures to reduce the risks were proposed, and based on the situation of applying HAZOP analysis in practice, the attention matters in its application process were also proposed.
