摘要
为保障同步电机的正常运行,正确评价同步电机内冷水系统的健康状况具有重要意义。对此,介绍了同步电机定子内冷水系统和转子内冷水系统的构成,分析了各子系统的性能指标;建立了定子内冷水系统及转子内冷水系统的状态评价指标体系;提出了同步电机内冷水系统的健康状态评价方法。详细分析了其状态指标的归一化、权重的确定及基于相似云的评价方法。最后,通过实例分析验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to ensure the normal operation of synchronous machines,it is of great significance to correctly evaluate the health condition of the internal-cooling water system.The composition of the stator internal-cooling water system and the rotor internal-cooling water system of the synchronous machines are introduced,and the performance indexes of each subsystem is analyzed.Then the state evaluation index system of the stator internal-cooling water system and the rotor internal-cooling water system is established,and the health condition assessment method of internal-cooling water system in synchronous machines is proposed.The normalization of the state indicators,the determination of the weights and the evaluation method based on similar clouds are analyzed in detail.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.
