摘要
针对枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性的评估问题,借鉴国际民航的成熟经验,提出了试验与评估的新方法。构建了评估指标体系,并将需要由试验评估的指标筛选出来。设计出评估方案,由于评估试验是在小子样的基础之上,提出了基于云模型的定性试验数据定量化的方法和基于小子样快速收敛点估计法的试验数据处理方法。实例证明,所提方法能够结合部队实际情况,有效地反映了枪弹类军用危险品包装航空适运性的真实情况。
Aiming at the evaluation problem of the packaging air transportability of the cartridge military hazardous materials,the new method is come up with,with using ripe experience of the World Aviation.First,the evaluation index system is built,with screening indexes that need to be evaluated by text.Second,the evaluation scheme is designed.Meanwhile,the method of quantifying the qualitative text data based on cloud model and the method of processing text data based on a rapid convergence point estimation approach in the circumstance of small sample are proposed.Example shows that,the method proposed could combine with the practical situation of the army,which reflects effectively the real situation of the packaging air transportability of the cartridge military hazardous materials.
