摘要
某机组消音器管道进口部分存在振动问题,通过数值分析模拟确定了导致风道振动的主要影响因素,发现一次风机落入不稳定区是一次风机进口风道振动的诱因,且一次风机落入不稳定区均在进口烟风道之前发生。基于分析结果,提出了解决风道振动问题的解决方案:优化改造加强消音器框架刚性,优化管网系统降低阻力,从而避开风机运行原理不稳定运行区域。
In response to the vibration problem at the inlet of the silencer pipeline of a certain unit,the main influencing factors causing the vibration of the air duct were determined through numerical analysis and simulation.It was found that the primary fan falling into an unstable zone was the inducement for the vibration of the primary fan inlet air duct,and the primary fan falling into the unstable zone occurred before the inlet smoke and air duct.Based on the analysis results,a solution to the vibration problem of the air duct is proposed:optimizing and strengthening the rigidity of the muffler frame,optimizing the pipeline system to reduce resistance,and avoiding unstable operating areas of the fan operating principle.
