职业性铬内暴露水平和血清素、五羟基吲哚乙酸、褪黑素水平的相关性研究 被引量:1

The correlation between levels of serotonin,pentahydroxyindoleacetic acid and melatonin among occupational internal chromium exposure

摘要 目的分析职业性铬暴露的工人尿铬水平与血清素、五羟基吲哚乙酸、褪黑素水平的相关性。方法选取市郊某电镀铬企业85名电镀工人作为暴露组,选取不接触铬生产线的工人120人为对照组,采集电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定尿中铬水平,超高液相色谱串联质谱测定尿中血清素、五羟基吲哚乙酸、褪黑素水平,分析各组间指标的差异及尿铬水平与其的相关性。结果暴露组的尿铬水平(0.32±0.18)[log(μg/g肌酐)]高于对照组(0.23±0.11)[log(μg/g肌酐)],暴露组尿液中血清素和褪黑素水平高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。对照组、低暴露组、中暴露组、高暴露组之间血清素和褪黑素水平差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),五羟基吲哚乙酸的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。尿铬水平与尿液中血清素、褪黑素水平呈正相关关系(β=0.152,95%CI:0.036~0.926;β=0.229,95%CI:0.269~1.065)。结论尿铬水平与尿液中血清素和褪黑素水平的增高呈正相关关系,未观察到与五羟基吲哚乙酸有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation of urine chromium level with serotonin,pentahydroxyindoleacetic acid and melatonin levels in workers with occupational chromium exposure.Methods A total of 85 chromium electroplating workers and 120 workers with no contact with electroplating production line in a electroplating factory were chosen as exposure group and control group,respectively;The urine samples were analyzed for chromium levels by inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry;serotonin,pentahydroxyindoleacetic acid and melatonin levels were measured by ultra-performance liquid chromatograph tandem mass spectrometry.The differences between the groups and influencing factors of urine chromium level were analyzed.Results The urine chromium level in exposure group(0.32±0.18)[log(μg/g creatinine)]was higher than that of the control group(0.23±0.11)[Iog(pig/g creatinine)].The urine levels of serotonin and melatonin in exposure group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in pentahydroxyindoleacetic and melatonin levels among control group and low,middle,high level-exposure groups;while the urine pentahydroxyindoleacetic levels among groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between urinary chromium and serum or melatonin(β=0.152,95%CI:0.036-0.926;β=0.229,95%CI:0.269-1.065).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between urinary chromium level and the increase of serotonin and melatonin level in urine while no significant correlation with betpentahydroxyindoleacetic acid is confirmed.
