摘要
煤矿液压支架柱塞是液压系统执行机构的关键部件,其表面质量关乎着液压支架初撑力、工作阻力、支护强度以及推移行程等性能指标是否能满足设计要求。传统的电镀铬涂层和柱塞基体之间仅为机械性结合,强度较差;而激光增材制造技术专用复合材料与基体形成冶金结合层,显著改善了基体表面的耐磨、耐蚀、耐热、抗氧化、抗疲劳等性能,大大优越于传统的电镀铬技术。
Hydraulic support plunger in coal mine is a key component of the actuator of hydraulic system. Its surface quality is related to whether the performance indexes of hydraulic support,such as initial support force,working resistance,support strength and pushing stroke, can meet the design requirements. The traditional electroplating chromium coating and the plunger substrate are only mechanically combined,and the strength is poor. The composite material specially used for laser additive manufacturing technology forms a metallurgical bond layer with the substrate,which significantly improves the wear resistance,corrosion resistance,heat resistance,oxidation resistance,fatigue resistance and other properties of the substrate surface,and is greatly superior to the traditional electroplating chromium technology.
