摘要
针对某采掘机械密封纸垫冲孔用冲头国产化过程中,采用常规机械加工及挤压成型方案无法满足加工精度、难以保证使用寿命的问题,尝试性选择激光金属3D打印技术,并对粉末选择、结构简化、参数设置、打印控制、补充加工、产品试用等技术进行了全程分析。结果表明,小微零件及微细要素制造中,采用3D打印具有明显优势,可为同类零件的制造及工艺方案优化提供参考,也可为后续采取激光熔覆手段进一步降低制造成本提供研究基础。
In the process of localizing a punch for punching sealing paper of mining machinery, conventional machining and extrusion molding solutions cannot meet the requirement of processing precision and service life. Therefore, the laser metal 3D printing technology was tentatively applied, and the powder selection, structural simplification, parameter setting, print control, supplementary processing, product trials were analyzed throughout the process. The results showed that the 3D printing technology possessed obvious advantages in small and micro parts and micro-element manufacturing, which offered reference for the manufacture of similar parts and the optimization of process schemes, and also provided research basis for further laser cladding to reduce the manufacturing cost.
