摘要
目的:建立石墨炉准确高效测定蒸馏酒中铅含量的方法。方法:以石墨炉测定蒸馏酒中重金属铅含量为宗旨,考察样品前处理、灰化温度、原子化温度、基本改进剂等因素。结果:通过实验条件优化,样品峰的拖尾现象得到解决,背景峰面积显著减小,灵敏度、精密度、准确度得到提高,校正曲线从原来的0.999869提高到0.999923。结论:该方法能最大程度改善样品峰的前延、双峰和拖尾现象,具有简洁、高效、准确、灵敏度高的优点,对于蒸馏酒铅含量测定方法提供一定的参考,结果达到国家标准要求。
Objective: to establish an effective and accurate method for lead content measurement by graphite furnace. Method: the effects of pretreatment, ashing temperature, atomization temperature, basic modified agents, etc. on the measurement of lead content in liquor by graphite furnace were investigated. Results: after the optimization of experimental conditions, the tailing of the sample peak was solved and the background peak area was significant reduced, whereas the sensitivity, precision and accuracy were improved. The calibration curve was improved from 0.999869 to 0.999923. Conclusion: the method established reduced preceding, double peak and tailing phenomena to the greatest degree with the advantages of concision, efficiency, accuracy and sensitivity. The results meet the requirement of national standards which provides a reference for the measurement of the lead content in liquor.
