摘要 研究了采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定酿酒用水中22种金属元素的方法。22种金属元素的线性范围在0.999以上,检出限(3δ)在0.006~2.393μg/L范围内。加标回收率在90.35%~110.7%范围内,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差在0.260%~4.743%范围内。采用该检测方法对生产过程中用的量水和加浆水中金属元素进行检测,研究结果为酿酒过程中量水和加浆水的选择提供了依据。 In this study,inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)was used to simultaneously determine the 22 metal elements in liquor-making water.The linear ranges of the 22 metal elements were all above 0.999,and the detection limits(3δ)were within the range of 0.006μg/L to 2.393μg/L.The spiked recovery was in the range of 90.35%to 110.7%,and the relative standard deviation of the 6 parallel tests was in the range of 0.260%to 4.743%.The method was used to detect the metal elements in the additional water and the diluting water used in the liquor-making process.The research results have provided basis for the selection of the additional water and the diluting water in the liquor-making process.
