摘要
土壤是人类宝贵的资源,与人类生产生活息息相关。但近年来,不少地区的土壤受到了污染和破坏。土壤中的污染主要是铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)。当土壤重金属超标后,会在相关的农产品和林产品富集,从而影响产品的安全。因此,快速、安全、准确地检测土壤中重金属元素就显得十分必要。本实验采用电热板消解法、微波消解法和王水消解法处理土壤质控样,使用原子吸收分光光度法对Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr进行测定。结果显示:三种消解方式标准曲线的相关系数R2均大于0.995,方法检出限均低于标准要求,符合实验要求。微波消解和电热板消解的精密度好于王水消解。微波消解和电热板消解的准确度较高,回收率均大于90%。
Soil is a valuable resource for humanity and is closely related to human production and life.However,in recent years,the soil has been polluted and damaged in many areas.The main pollutants in soil are copper,lead,zinc,nickel,cadmium,and chromium.When the soil contains heavy metals in excess,it can accumulate in relevant agricultural and forest products,thus affecting product safety.Therefore,it is necessary to quickly,safely,and accurately detect heavy metal elements in soil.This experiment used three methods,namely,electric hot plate digestion method,microwave digestion method,and aqua regia digestion method,to treat soil quality control samples and used atomic absorption spectrometry to measure Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Cd,and Cr.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the three digestion methods was all greater than 0.995,and the detection limits of the methods were all below the standard requirements,meeting the experimental requirements.The precision of microwave digestion and Electric hot plate digestion method was better than that of aqua regia digestion.The the accuracy of microwave digestion and electric hot plate digestion method was higher,with recovery rates all greater than 90%.
