摘要 目的了解尿液不同稀释剂基质对尿铅含量检测的影响。方法对不同质量浓度的尿样分别采取不同稀释方法进行处理,并采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测尿铅含量。对120份尿样进行回顾分析。结果采用1%硝酸溶液稀释尿样超过10倍时,尿液基质的改变将明显影响尿铅检测结果,使结果偏低;使用正常人尿液加入尿样稀释后,尿铅检测的回收率达95.5%~101.7%。结论尿液不同基质对尿铅含量检测影响巨大,用正常人尿作为稀释剂可有效提升尿铅回收率,降低基质效应对尿铅含量检测结果的影响。 Objective To explore the effect of different matrix on detection of urine lead content. Methods Urine samples of different concentrations were diluted by different methods. Urine lead concontration was determined by graphite furnace a- tomic absorption spectrometry. A total of 120 urine specimens were tested for retrospective analysis. Results When samples were diluted more than 10 times by 1% nitric acid solution, the urine matrix changed significantly affected the detection results of urine lead, which was significantly lower than the actual concentration; when normal human urine was used for dilution, the urine lead the recovery rates were 95.5%--101.7%. Conclusion Different urine matrix can influence the urine lead analysis results. Using normal urine as dilution substrate can effectively improve the urinary lead recovery rate and reduce the influence of matrix effect on the test results.
