摘要 仪表联锁系统作为过程控制领域安全保护层中的重要一环,是HSE(健康、安全、环境)风险管理的重要组成部分。要在其设计、安装、操作、维护和管理等生命周期各阶段实施全生命周期管理,加强危险与风险辨识,提高评估的准确度,制定完善的控制措施,合理配置不同SIL等级的仪表联锁系统的传感器、逻辑运算器、最终执行元件,降低因设计、选型或安装不当以及冗余容错、结构不合理引发的故障;制定明确的检验测试周期,严格按计划实施,特别是要进行有针对性的预防性维护。 As an important part of the safety protection layer in the field of process control, instrumentation interlock system is an important part of HSE risk management. The management of full life cycle should be implement at all stages of its life cycle, including design, installation, operation, maintenance and management. To strengthen the identification of dangerous and risk;To improve the accuracy of evaluation;The perfect control measures should be established;The sensors, logic operation unit, and final actuators of instrumentation interlock systems with different SIL levels should be reasonably configured, to reduce the failures that caused by improper design, selection or installation and unreasonable redundant fault-tolerant structures;A clear and inspection test cycle should be established, and it should be carried out strictly;The targeted preventive maintenance should be proceeded Especially.
