摘要
矿山设备一般用于露天环境,速度快、压力高、冲击大,连续高强度作业,由于整机价格昂贵,且机型大,拆装难,对作为核心执行元件的液压缸可靠性要求很高。矿山机械极其恶劣的工况容易造成液压缸早期失效,为提高液压缸无故障工作时间和使用寿命,对液压缸的密封系统、防尘系统进行了研究分析和改进,并在澳大利亚西部矿区进行了应用验证,为恶劣工况防尘圈选用和设计提供了参考。
Mining equipment is generally used in open-air environment,with high speed,high pressure,high impact and continuous high strength operation.Due to the high price,large size and difficult disassembly,the reliability of the hydraulic cylinder as the core actuator is highly demanded.In order to improve the working time and service life of the cylinder without fault,the sealing system and dust-proof system of the cylinder were studied and improved,and the application verification was carried out in the western Australian mining area,which provided a reference for the selection and design of dust-proof rings under bad working conditions.
