摘要 FGS具备传统意义上FAS和GDS的功能,但不是简单的二者组合,涉及电信、自控、消防等多个专业,部分设备需要结合规范进行特殊选择.在国内受规范和行业影响,FGS并没有得到大面积的推广,但在国外应用较多.以一个海外石化项目中罐区的FGS使用为例,FGS的具体配置方案和运用在于:基于PLC的FGS系统架构和设计分工,输入设备的设置方案(包括隔爆型手动报警按钮、防爆红外火焰探测器、光纤光栅感温探测系统、可燃或有毒气体检测器具体的选型原则和设计要点,如电压等级等),联动设备(包括防爆声光报警器、罐组水喷淋系统、罐组泡沫系统、消防水泵和泡沫消防水泵系统、抗爆机柜室的暖通系统等相关设备具体的设计原则),组态的工程思路和画面设计,联动逻辑.FGS在应对石化装置中不可预见的火灾和气体泄漏时能体现出强大的可靠性,相对于FAS模块式输入和输出信号更加包容,终端更加简单,多线式的架构进一步降低了其故障率,在操作侧可以一步到位、统控全局. FGS has the traditional functions of FAS and GDS,but it is not a simple combination. It involves areas such as telecommunications,automatic control and fire protection. For some devices,a special selection needs to be done with standards. Influenced by codes and industries in China,FGS has not been widely promoted,but it has been widely used abroad. Taking the application of FGS in tank farm of an overseas petrochemical plant as an example,the specific configuration scheme and applica- tion characteristics of FGS include the structure and design division of FGS system based on PLC,the setting scheme of input equipment (including the specific selection principle and design key points of the explosion- proof manual alarm button, explosion- proof infrared flame detector, FBG temperature sensing detection system and combustible gas and toxic gas detector),linkage equipment (including spe- cific design principles of related equipment such as explosion-proof acousto-optic alarm,tank water spray system and tank group foam system,fire pump and foam fire pump system,anti-explosion cabi- net room HVAC system),configuration engineering ideas and painting design and linkage logic. FGS provides strong reliability against unforeseen fire and gas leaks in petrochemical plants. Compared with FAS,modular input and output signals are more inclusive,terminals are simpler,and the multi-line architecture further reduces its failure rate and enables one-step overall control on the operational side.
