摘要
近些年中国不断增加对化工产品的需求,因此中国不断扩大化工企业的生产规模,推动化工行业可持续发展,但是由于化工产品的生产环境和生产原料比较特殊,因此在实际生产过程中频发产生安全事故,影响到中国化工行业健康发展,因此中国对于化工行业生产工作提出更加严格的标准。当今社会自动化技术发展水平不断提高,化工行业未来主要发展趋势为SIS与DCS集成,有利于提高化工装置的安全系数。文章主要分析了SIS与DCS集成的化工装置安全控制系统,提出针对性的应用措施,促进中国化工行业稳定发展,推动社会经济可持续发展。
In recent years,China has been increasing the demand for chemical products,so China has continuously expanded the production scale of chemical enterprises and promoted the sustainable development of the chemical industry,but because the production environment and production raw materials of chemical products are relatively special,safety accidents occur frequently in the actual production process,affecting the healthy development of China’s chemical industry,so China puts forward stricter standards for the production of the chemical industry.The level of automation technology development in today’s society is constantly improving,and the main development trend of the chemical industry in the future is the integration of SIS and DCS,which is conducive to improving the safety factor of chemical devices.This paper mainly analyzes the safety control system of chemical devices integrated by SIS and DCS,and proposes targeted application measures to promote the stable development of China’s chemical industry and promote sustainable social and economic development.
