基于三维同步荧光光谱鉴定丹参及其伪品 被引量:3

The study of three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectral characteristics of radix salviae miltiorrhizae powder and its adulterants

摘要 当前市场上销售的丹参有掺假报道,提出基于三维同步荧光光谱所表征的指纹图谱来鉴别丹参及其伪品。通过FLS920光谱仪测得丹参粉、甘肃丹参粉、牛蒡粉、红薯粉的三维同步荧光光谱,结果表明其谱图线形有明显区别,其等高线图谱具有指纹图谱特征。接着实验又测定丹参粉掺杂不同伪品的三维同步荧光光谱.发现标准丹参溶液与掺杂伪品丹参溶液的图谱线形有显著差别,能够用于鉴定丹参粉中是否掺杂伪品。实验发现应用三维同步荧光光谱技术,从中药材整体荧光特征、全局视角对多组分物质的分析具有一定的优势。本研究为中药材的真伪品鉴定与建立完整信息中药材指纹图谱提供了建议与帮助。 In order to detect adulterated Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae on the market,a method based on three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy for fingerprint has been developed.Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae powder and its adulterants(Salvia przewalskii Maxim powder,burdock powder,sweet potato powder)are measured by using FLS920 spectrometer.It can be found that three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence of Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza powder and its adulterants are significant differences,those contour maps have fingerprint characteristics.Furthermore’Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence of pure Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae pow_der and mixed adulterants are measured and there are also differences between them.It can be applied in distinguishing whether the powder is adulterated.Experimental works lead to the conclusion that,the Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence method has a distinct advantage in a complex multi-component mixture of fluorescence spectroscopic analysis.The study can help identifying the component and the quality of Chinese patent medicine,also can provide the reference for establishing a complete fingerprint of Chinese traditional medicine.
