摘要
采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了碱洗、一次酸洗、一次浸锌、二次酸洗和二次浸锌后6A02铝合金的表面形貌和元素成分,确定了导致电镀银层起泡是基体表面Si富集所致。通过改用由2 mL/L的34%氢氟酸与332 mL/L的65%硝酸组成的溶液代替原一次酸洗液,消除了基体的富硅相,问题得以解决。
The morphology and elemental composition of 6A02 aluminum alloy after alkaline cleaning,first pickling,first zinc immersion,secondary pickling,and secondary zinc immersion were analyzed respectively by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy.The results showed that the enrichment of Si on the surface of substrate was responsible for the blistering of silver coating electroplated on it.The problem was solved by eliminating the Si-rich phases in the substrate after the replacement of the first pickling solution with a mixture of hydrofluoric acid(34%)2 mL/L and nitric acid(65%)332 mL/L.
