摘要
采用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析了碱浸蚀、一次浸锌和二次浸锌后6063铝合金表面粉末的形貌和元素成分,确定了导致某次6063铝合金表面镀银层结合力不良是基体未严格按规范进行T6热处理所致.对故障件的处置和热处理工艺提出了建议.
The morphologies and elemental compositions of the powder formed on 6063 aluminum alloy surface after alkaline etching as well as firstly and secondary zinc immersion were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energydispersive spectroscopy,respectively.The results showed that the poor adhesion of silver coating on 6063 aluminum alloy was due to the fact that the T6-heat treatment of substrate did not follow the specification strictly.Some suggestions on the treatment of failure parts and heat treatment process were given.
