6063铝合金材料镀银层脱落原因及其解决途径 被引量:10

摘要 用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和金相显微镜分别对镀银层脱落与不脱落的两种铝合金工件表面形貌和金相组织进行分析,分别对工件进行碱洗、酸洗和浸锌处理。结果发现,两种材料的金相组织显著不同,镀银层脱落工件材料与银层不脱落工件材料在酸洗以及浸锌后表面组织有显著差异。对6063铝合金材料镀银层脱落原因进行分析,并提出解决方法。 The surface and metallography texture of untreated, acidic etched and zinc dipping 6063 alloy samples was observed with the SEM and optical microscope respectively. The two kind samples were treated with alkaline etching, acidic etching and zinc dipping. The results revealed that alloy texture was quite different between two kind alloys that the Ag coating peeled off and not peel off. The surface of two kind sample that treated by acidic etching and zinc dipping also has obviously difference. The reason of this phenomenon was analyzed and the solution was also given.
