摘要 为了进一步完善铝材浸锌的电化学机理,采用扫描电子显微镜分别观察了纯铝材和铝合金浸锌后的表面形貌及退锌后的腐蚀形貌;比较了异种金属的存在对铝基体的腐蚀和浸锌过程的影响;采用电化学工作站测试了浸锌过程的电位-时间曲线及铝电极与铜,铁,镍等异种金属电极组成的原电池的短路电流、恒流放电测曲线等,比较了异种金属对锌电结晶的催化活性。试验表明:铝材浸锌的过程中铁,镍等异种金属作为微阴极在前处理中促进了铝基体的阳极腐蚀或溶解,并且对锌电结晶晶核的形成具有电催化作用。通过对浸锌反应电极过程的分析,提出了铝材浸锌的异种金属催化成核的观点。 The corroded morphologies of Al,Al after Zn immersion,and Al after releasing immersed Zn coating were observed using a scanning electron microscope,and the effects of several dissimilar metals on the corrosion and Zn immersion of Al were investigated.Moreover,an electrochemical workstation was performed to measure the potential-time curves of Al during Zn immersion as well as the short circuit currents and constant-current discharge curves of the primary cells consisting of Al and dissimilar metal Cu,Fe or Ni.The catalytic activity of various dissimilar metals for electro-crystallization of Zn was compared.Results show that during Zn immersion of Al,dissimilar metals Fe and Ni as micro-cathodes promote the anodic corrosion or dissolution of Al matrix in pre-treatment process and are able to catalyze the formation of Zn crystal nuclei.In combination with analysis of the electrode process during Zn immersion reaction,it was suggested that Zn immersion of Al was dominated by nucleation catalyzed by dissimilar metals.
