摘要
铝上直接电镀较难,而在铝上浸锌后再电镀则相对容易。为此,以浸锌过程的电位-时间曲线来确定浸锌工艺参数。通过扫描电镜能谱分析仪(SEM-EDS)观察了相应浸锌层的形貌和成分并分析了两者之间的联系。根据电位-时间曲线研究确定了最佳浸锌工艺:100g/LNaOH,12g/LZnO,45g/L配位剂,20g/LNiCl2,1g/LFeCl3,浸锌温度25℃,浸锌时间第1次30s,第2次25s,并使用超声波进行搅拌。
Open circuit potential-time curves weremeasured by using an electrochemical workstation to determine the parameters for zinc immersion of Al and Mg alloys. The mor-phology and composition of the zinc immersion layers were ana-lyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy associated with energy dispersive spectrometry. Moreover,the correlation among the zinc immersion parameters and morphology plus compositionof the zinc immersion layers was discussed. Results indicate that the optimized bath for zinc immersion consists of 100 g/L NaOH,12 g/L ZnO,45 g/L complexing agent,20 g/L NiCl2 and 1g/LFeCl3,and the optimized zinc immersion parameters are deter-mined as temperature of 25 ℃ ,ultrasonic stirring,first step zinc dipping for 30 seconds and second step zinc dipping for 25 sec-onds.
