介绍了一种新型的C波段上关节,通过对C波段上关节结构形式的优化设计,选择最佳成型工艺,保证了加工精度,为生产合格的三路方位旋转铰链提供了保证,满足了某型雷达三路方位旋转铰链电性能要求。
A new type of C-hand upper joint is introduced. With the adoption of the structure-optimized design and the best shaping technology for the joint, the machining precision is ensured, and hence the production of conforming three-way azimuth rotary hinges is guaranteed. In this way the requirements of the electric performances of the three-way azimuth rotary hinge of a certain type of radar are satisfied.
