摘要
目的分析胸腔镜下胸腺切除术治疗胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者的效果。方法研究阶段为2015年6月1日至2017年12月31日,共纳入研究对象36例,均为胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用嗅吡斯的明治疗,观察组采用胸腔镜下胸腺切除术治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果两组治疗前QOL评分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组QOL评分评分改善情况明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率50.0%(9/18)明显低于观察组治疗有效率83.33%(15/18),对照组复发率33.33%(6/18)明显高于观察组5.56%(1/30),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对胸腺瘤合并重症肌无力患者采用胸腔镜下胸腺切除术要比药物治疗临床疗效明显,可有效提高患者生活质量,降低复发的可能,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of thoracoscopic thymectomy in the treatment of patients with thymoma and myasthenia gravis.Methods From June 1,2015 to December 31,2017,36 subjects were selected,all of whom were thymoma with myasthenia gravis.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with olpimus and the observation group was treated with thymoscopic thymectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of QOL scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 50.0%(9/18),which was significantly lower than that of the observation group83.33%(15/18).The recurrence rate of the control group was 33.33%(6/18),which was significantly higher than that of the observation group(5.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracic thymectomy for patients with thymoma and myasthenia gravis is more effective than drug therapy,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the possibility of recurrence.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
