摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在胸腺瘤患者全胸腺切除术后的应用效果。方法78例行全胸腺切除术的胸腺瘤患者随机分为两组。术后,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以个性化护理。比较两组的术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组的肛门排气时间、拔除尿管时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理在胸腺瘤患者全胸腺切除术后的应用效果显著,可明显缩短患者的术后康复时间,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing after total thymectomy in patients with thymoma.Methods 78 patients with thymoma who underwent total thymectomy were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,catheter removal time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing has significant application effect in patients with thymoma affer total thymectomy,which can obviously shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
