摘要
分析了现有塑壳断路器电动操作机构的结构和驱动方式,以及它们存在的缺陷。研制与设计了永磁直线电机操动机构。通过试验样品的动作性能验证,永磁直线电机操作机构能满足塑壳断路器远程操作控制要求,这为塑壳断路器电动操作装置提供了一个新的解决方案。
The structure and driving mode of the existing electric operation mechanism of moulded case circuit breaker and their defects were analyzed.The operating mechanism of a permanent magnet linear motor was developed and designed.Through the action performance verification of the test sample,it can meet the remote operation control requirements of the moulded case circuit breaker.It provides a new solution for the electric operation device of moulded case circuit breaker.
