摘要
针对T型三电平逆变器,分析了内管发生开路故障时的输出电平和换流方式,采用了改进的两电平开关容错控制(I2LS-TC)和混合开关容错控制(HS-TC),并通过零序电压注入的方法以平衡中点电位,给出了中点电位可平衡的必要条件。根据该条件分析了两种容错方式下的中点电位平衡能力和可平衡区域,最后通过仿真和试验进行验证。
For T-type three-level inverter,the output level and commutation mode are analyzed when the openfault occurs in neutral-point switches. The improved two-level switching tolerant control ( I2LS-TC) and hybrid switching tolerant control ( HS-TC ) are implemented, a nd through the common mode voltage injection method to balance the neutral-point voltage. Then the necessary conditions for suppressing the neutral-point voltage unbalance are proposed. According to this condition, the neutral-point balance ability and balanceable area of the two faulttolerant strategies are analyzed. Finally, the results are verified by simulation and experiment.
