摘要
运用理论分析和计算机辅助设计手段,研究自由杆式扭杆弹簧铰链的工作原理及力学计算,给出自由杆式扭杆弹簧平衡机构的设计校核方法,通过分析行李箱盖开启的三种模式及其优缺点,给出一种改良行李箱盖平衡区域的方法。经过优化后可以有效避免行李箱盖越过平衡区域,保证行李箱盖可以保持在开启状态,避免在风力或斜坡上自动落下伤人发生。
By means of theoretical analysis and computer aided design,the working principle and mechanical calculation of free-bar torsion bar spring hinges are studied,and the design checking method of free-bar torsion bar spring balancing mechanism is given.By analyzing those modes of the suitcase cover and their advantages and weakness,a method of improving the balance area of the suitcase cover is given.After optimization,it can effectively avoid the baggage cover crossing the balance area,ensure that the baggage cover can be kept open,and avoid the occurrence of injuries automatically falling on the wind or slope.
