摘要 塑壳断路器是低压配电系统中的主要元件之一。其操作机构设计直接影响产品的分断特性、操作舒适性、电气寿命、机械寿命等。基于多体动力学软件ADAMS进行运动仿真分析,提供动态仿真影像,对零部件进行干涉检查;对不同运动过程进行受力分析。以主弹簧参数、触头弹簧参数和上下连杆铰接轴的坐标位置为参数化变量,以脱扣时间、手柄操作力、触头压力和脱扣力为目标变量,分别分析参数化变量对目标变量的影响趋势,为机构的改进提供方向。 Molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) is one of the main components in low voltage power distribution system.The design of the operating mechanism of MCCB directly affects the breaking performance,the operating comfort,the electrical life and the mechanical life of the products.Based on the analysis of motion simulation of the multi-body dynamic software ADAMS,the dynamic simulation image is provided,and the interference between the parts is checked.Force analysis is conducted between different components in different sports processes.The main spring parameters,the contact spring parameters and position of connecting rod are taken as parameterized variables;the tripping time,handle operating force,contact pressure and tripping force are taken as target variables,analysis is conducted respectively about the influence of parametric variables on target variables to guide the improvement of operating mechanism.
